About The Conference
India’s journey towards Viksit Bharat requires management models that are ethically grounded, culturally rooted, socially inclusive, and environmentally sustainable. Indigenous Management Systems represent time-tested contextual approaches to leadership, governance, economic activity, community engagement, and organizational functioning that have evolved through centuries of lived practice.
Drawing inspiration from traditions, classical texts, community wisdom, and indigenous institutional models, this International Conference seeks to explore how Indigenous Management Systems can meaningfully inform and enrich contemporary management education, research, policy, and practice.
