Guidelines for Oral Presentation

The following guidelines are to be followed by all authors presenting papers during IHMTC-2025.

  1. Presentation Time: Each oral presentation will be of 15 minutes duration - comprising 12 minutes for the presentation, 2 minutes for questions, and 1 minute for speaker changeover.

  2. Time Management: The session chair will give a reminder at the 11th minute using the times on the podium. To keep the program on schedule, presentations that exceed the alloted time will be stopped.

  3. Assessment Considerations: Presenters are encouraged to manage their time effectively as it will be considered during the evaluation process by the session chair and award committee members.

  4. PPT Template Usage: All presenters must prepare their presentation in the provided PPT template (will be shared here).

  5. Presentation Format: Presentations must be submitted in Microsoft Powerpoint format and brought on a USB flash drive.

  6. Video Files: If your presentation includes videos, please bring the original/raw video files along with your slides.

  7. Personal Devices: To ensure smooth session flow, personal laptop connections are not permitted.

  8. Presentation Tools: Each session room will be equipped with a Windows-based desktop computer. A laser pointer will be provided to each presenter.

  9. Presentation Upload Time: Presenters in the pre-lunch sessions should upload their presentations during breakfast and pesenters in the afternoon sessions should upload their presentations during lunch.

  10. A volunteer will be available to assist with uploading and to ensure your file is correctly placed for easy access during your session.

The papers accepted for the conference will be published in the IHMTC Digital Library , published by BegellHouse Inc.

Guidelines for Full Paper Submission

Authors are requested to submit their full-length manuscript in the given format within notified due date through the easy chair portal.

  4. The maximum page limit for full-length manuscript is 6 pages.

  5. The official language of the IHMTC-2025 is English.

  6. Oral Presentation Guidelines for IHMTC-2025 will be updated soon.

  7. The authors will present their work at the conference as per the format recommended by the committee (oral presentation or poster presentation).

  8. All the papers will undergo a review process, and accordingly, selection/rejection emails will be sent to the respective authors (Plagiarism: Less than 15%).

  9. All full-length manuscripts received in time, will be provided in electronic format at the time of the conference.

  10. At least one of the authors must register per full-length paper/poster.
