IIT Jodhpur will provide accommodation facility in the hostels for all the participants visiting for IHMTC-2025 on a nominal payment basis. The details for the on-campus accommodation are given below:

• Accommodation available from Afternoon 8^th December to Afternoon 12^th December, 2025.
• Single Occupancy: Rs. 3600/person for the entire duration
• Double Occupancy (shared room for two people): Rs. 2400/person for the entire duration
• Single occupancy rooms will be allotted based on availability.
• Extra Day Charges: Rs. 900/person (Single) / Rs. 600/person (Double)
• Accommodation charges should be paid during check-in.
• All hostel rooms are fully air-conditioned.
