Registration Guidelines
  • All participants must complete the registration process in order to attend/present paper in the conference.
  • At least one of the authors must register per full-length paper.
  • If a single author plans to present two papers, the registration fee for the second paper will be 40% of the first registration fee.
  • For inclusion of paper in conference schedule, at least one registration per paper must be completed by November 30th, 2025. All unregistered papers will be removed from the conference schedule after this date.
  • Once the registration payment has been done, the participants need to fill the registration form to complete the registration process.
  • The registration fee for ISHMT Non-Members includes a 3-year membership, subject to fulfillment of the membership criteria. Details: ISHMT Membership Benefits.
  • Registration fee includes access to the technical sessions and cultural programme, conference proceedings, conference kit, gala dinner, refreshments, and working lunch on all conference days.
  • The registration fee for an accompanying person includes access to the cultural programme, gala dinner, refreshments, and a working lunch on all conference days.
